The Connecticut Sun women’s basketball team is offering complementary (i.e. FREE) playoff tickets to Windham/Willimantic NAACP members and friends.
The team clinched the #1 seed in the WNBA standings and will play at home, the Mohegan Sun Arena, on Tuesday, Sept. 28th and Thursday, Sept 30th at 8 PM (ET). The Sun wants to use playoff time as an opportunity to thank their community partners and show appreciation.

As the Sun finished their regular season on September 19th with another win against Atlanta, this time 84-64 at Mohegan Sun Arena. On September 9th, the 17-straight points the Connecticut Sun scored to open their game against the Los Angeles Sparks at STAPLES Center would essentially be the difference in an 18-point win (75-57) that clinched a trip to the WNBA Semifinals via a double-bye in the playoffs.
All bets are on Jonquel Jones being named the 2021 WNBA MVP!
